Tina Eskridge is a Sr. Director of Marketing who leads the Marketing Excellence function within
Microsoft Advertising, where she maintains responsibility for digital marketing strategy, marketing tech,
and inclusion with a deep focus on delivering best in class experiences. Prior to joining Microsoft in
2012, Tina spent more than 17 years in strategic roles across the retail, financial services, software,
consumer goods, and education industries. She is an active angel investor, board member and continual
champion for diversity.
