Before joining Spotify, Liz Walsh was the executive director of brand marketing and client engagement at Forbes Media. In this role, Walsh oversees all company-wide brand marketing and is leading the reinvention of its lead acquisition and client engagement strategy with the rollout of marketing automation. She oversees a team of nearly ten, comprised of designers, brand managers and campaign specialists, art directors, front-end developers, and audience development specialists.
Since coming aboard in October 2014, Walsh spearheaded the development of several marketing websites for Forbes, including www.ForbesMedia.com, a one stop shop providing information on all of Forbes’ advertising products, and www.BrandVoice.com, showcasing Forbes flagship product: BrandVoice, a native advertising platform for marketers. She’s also created www.Custom.Forbes.com, which shares information on Forbes’ custom content offerings, and www.ForbesConferences.com, a website for attendees and sponsors, showcasing all of Forbes’ U.S. conferences.
