Lissette Barbero is an Associate at the IDB Lab of the Inter-American Development Bank. She works in the Investment Unit, specifically with venture capital projects and the WeXchange initiatives, focused in working towards a greater inclusion of entrepreneur women in STEM from Latin America and the Caribbean. She is a Salvadoran citizen, is multilingual in Spanish, English and Portuguese, and a wife and mother of two young adults.
